Fat Burner
This class is famous for smashing calories and pumping up your cardiovascular endurance, leaving you feeling energised. Fat Burner involves a great mix of aerobic exercises from low to medium intensity and keeps your heart rate in the fat burning zone. This class is open to all levels, from those who are new to the gym, to intermediate and advanced members, as the exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on your level of fitness.
Body Combat
Punch and kick your way into knockout shape. BODYCOMBAT will train your whole body and get you fit, fast and strong. During this workout, you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 570 calories along the way. This high energy martial arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. You can challenge yourself by increasing the intensity, maximizing your workout with every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ, unleash and empower yourself.
Circuit
This This training involves rotating through various exercises. While working from station to station this style of training can focus on specific muscle groups. Circuit training incorporates a mix of aerobic exercises as well as weight exercises. Circuit training involves little to no rest between exercises, so it’s fast paced nature helps save time. The benefits of circuit training – targets your whole body, great for fat loss and will help to improve your overall strength.
Body Pump
Is powered by science using the REP Effect, a formula of light weights and high repetitions, BODYPUMP develops lean athletic muscle, aids metabolism, aids and improves body composition. BODYPUMP is a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. This type of resistance training helps create long, lean muscles and a toned physique. Our instructors will coach you through moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve fitness goals.
STEP
This high energising workout involves using a height-adjustable step combining movements up, down and around the step. This full-body cardio workout will tone your butt and thighs. Step aerobics moves range from simple to advance levels. This workout is great for all fitness levels. As you become more familiar with incorporating moves up and around the step, your fitness and intensity for the workout will increase. This is a fun, uplifting and full-body workout with heaps of options so that everyone feels successful.
HIIT
(High-Intensity Interval Training) is a mix of high and low level training exercises or high intensity exercises with short periods of rest. HIIT is a great full body workout that can help build strength, improve heart health and help you achieve all your fitness goals.
Zumba
Is a Latin inspired dance workout. It’s a really fun class learning different dance moves whilst breaking a sweat. This high energy class is set to upbeat music and features choreographed dance moves. Zumba is a fun and versatile fitness class that also caters for all fitness levels.
Pilates
Pilates is a lower impact type of fitness that helps to improve muscular and postural strength with an emphasis on challenging core muscles. Pilates classes are designed to stretch and strengthen muscles, in a calming wellness environment.
Yoga
Is a lifestyle that strives to unite the body and mind so you’re balanced. Not only does it reduce anxiety but it can help with soothing pain, awakening your brain and improving your flexibility. Yoga is typically performed on a mat. The yoga movements and poses require clothing that can stretch and move with your body more freely. The instructors mainly focus on Vinyasa Flow Yoga. This flow of movement is excellent for getting your heart rate going and working up a sweat as you work through the sequence of postures. You’ll move from one pose to the next without pause and utilize your breathing from one posture to the next.
